Illustration project where we had an article about how couples separate due to small things. I wanted to show more emotion so i exaggerated the faces of the couple while making the sock small, showing its insignificance. Done in gouche 17x14 in.
An illustration about same sex divorce. I use the cake as a symbol of marriage. By splitting the cake in half, i use it as a symbol of divorce. I replaced the layers of the cake with the colors of the rainbow, symbolizing homosexuality.
